I. Check-In & Identity Verification

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• ID Requirement: As per Government of India regulations, every guest above 18 years must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Passport).
• Restriction: PAN Cards are NOT accepted as proof of address.

II. Guest Conduct & Safety

• Smoking Policy: All 60 rooms at Pam Premium Hotel are Non-Smoking.
  Fine: A cleaning fee of ₹5,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in the room.
• Visitors: For security reasons, outside visitors are allowed in the Arab Ino Restaurant or lobby but are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
• Alcohol Policy: STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Alcohol is not allowed anywhere on the hotel premises.

III. Facilities Usage

• Gym: The gym is for the exclusive use of in-house guests.
  • Timings: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Guests must wear appropriate athletic footwear. The hotel is not liable for injuries sustained due to improper use of equipment.
• Parking & Valet:
  • Valet Service: We offer valet parking for all guests.
  • Liability: While we provide security surveillance, the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

IV. Dining & External Food

• Arab Ino Restaurant: Offers a premium buffet experience.
  • Breakfast Timings: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Breakfast will not be provided after 10:00 AM.
• Outside Food: To maintain hygiene standards, outside food and beverages are not permitted in public areas or the restaurant.

V. Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. This includes damage to the Ocean Banquet Hall decor or Earth Board Room technology.

VI. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
