Refund & Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can offer our 60 rooms to all guests fairly, we adhere to the following cancellation and refund schedule:

I. Room Cancellation Timeline

  • Flexible Rate Bookings: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM) will qualify for a 100% refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the first night’s stay.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or “No-Shows,” will be charged the full amount of the first night.

II. Special Events (Ocean Banquet & Earth Board Room)

Important Venue Information

  • Pam Premium Hotel offers dedicated event facilities:
    • Earth – Banquet Hall
    • Ocean – Board Room
  • Policy: Bookings for the Ocean Banquet Hall or Earth
